However, in the rare case that you receive a product with an issue, we have a clear and fair exchange and return process in place for your convenience.

Exchange Policy
EZNO Store offers a 7-day exchange policy starting from the date the customer receives the parcel.
If the dress has any genuine issue, such as:
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged fabric
- Stitching problem
- Wrong item delivered
- Any noticeable issue affecting the product’s condition
the customer is eligible to request an exchange within 7 days.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any) must be intact.
- The issue must be reported to our support team with proper evidence, such as clear pictures or videos.
Once the issue is verified, our team will guide the customer through the exchange process.
Please note that exchanges are only available for products with valid defects or issues. Requests based on personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect size selection may not be accepted unless specifically approved.
Return Policy
We also provide a 7-day return policy for products that arrive with serious issues, including defects, damage, or any major discrepancy in the delivered article.
If a customer wishes to return an item, the following process must be followed:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The customer must send the received dress back to our team for inspection.
- Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will carefully examine the product.
- After verification, the return request will be approved and processed accordingly.
It is important to understand that no return or refund can be processed without receiving the original product first.
Return Processing Time
After the defective item is received and approved by our team, the return process will be completed within 7 working days.
This timeline begins only after the returned product has been delivered to us and successfully inspected.
Important Conditions
To maintain fairness for both customers and our business, the following conditions apply:
- Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible.
- Claims submitted after the 7-day period will not be entertained.
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item before returning it.
